Our task was to find interesting objects and items around our school, I felt these two pictures really stood out and also are not what you expect to find around a typical school.

Located on the field in Montsaye Academy we chose to take
this picture because the vibrant yellow colour caught our attention
immediately. We feel this lonesome
flower symbolised individuality; swamped by a sea of forest green grass. We feel this picture could be useful in many
different situations, we feel it would be effective in a wildlife calendar as
it shows a flower completely untouched by human hands. As an off centre close up, it gives the
picture a natural feel and with the background of overwhelming grass, it
depicts a feeling of isolation and loneliness .
Symbolising beauty and elegance we chose to take a picture
of this crimson red rose. A close up of
the stunning flower with its spiky, thorny and bare stem in the background it
symbolises that beauty is skin deep, and also you should never judge a book by
its cover. With the rose taking 90% of
the picture it acts to show off yet with
the spiky background it depicts a hidden past
